Site photos of an almost finished private house extension. The mission of this project was to connect a typical flat roof house from the 1960's with an existing garage and to add functional rooms along this connection like a new bathroom, new bedroom and an extension of the existing living room. Along the way, the office intended to create a natural frame to what is to become a fantastic wooden terrace and also create the best conditions for light intake and shadow for the interior spaces as well as the facade.
The most important factor for the office was to keep the many original details and qualities of the original house while modernizing its functions with this extension. Main project finished in the beginning of 2022. To be completed in the summer of 2022.
