An old worn classic brick villa was bought by the client in order to create something unique. Using the design from the old villa and optimizing the use of placement on the plot, the family built an extension that contains the house's kitchen-dining room and living room as well as the house's new entrance. The old part of the house was completely renovated and now houses the house's sleeping and bathing facilities as well as a functional basement with technology and utility room.
