This 60s villa underwent a renovation in the 1970s to achieve its current classic form. Despite its 184 square meters on a relatively small plot, the interior layout was not optimal, featuring small, dark rooms and worn materials such as windows and roofing. A minor interior demolition was carried out, followed by insulation, a switch to an air-to-water heat pump, and cleaning and painting of the roof. Existing window openings were optimally utilized for improved natural light and spatial perception. The house thus realized its full potential.
