A fine one story villa from 1967 with a flat roof, eaves and a number of other recognizable details in the 60s style was completely renovated and expanded. Both the renovation and the extension were carried out in the spirit of the house and the work performed by Nikolic Architecture were nicely complemented by the builder's perseverance and good taste.
