An old classic bungalow was bought by the client in order to transform it to something unique and make use of the potential of the location. By optimizing the existing building, technical, sleeping and bathing facilities were created. The addition to that consists of a 1st floor with a living room and kitchen and a new entry space that ties basement, ground floor and 1st floor together. The focus for the new first floor has been to combine the qualities of the amazing view to Utterslev Mose and the natural light from the opposite side of the house. As a bonus, the physical limitations and landscaping have been kept and have forces us to work with the context which has led to a unique project.
